Tourism in Nepal used to be safe and will remain safe. Popular destinations are in plenty. The Corona pandemic is over now. Hence we recommend Kathmandu valley and around, Pokhara, Lumbini, Chitwan, etc. To those who like trekking adventure we recommend trekking in Langtang which is nearest to Kathmandu, trekking in Everest and Annapurna.

Passport and visa: All visitors to Nepal except the Indian nationals must hold valid passports and visas. Single entry tourist visas can be obtained from the entry points of Nepal or from the Government of Nepal diplomatic mission abroad by paying US$ 30.00 for 15 days or US$ 50.00 for 30 days or US$ 125.00 for 90 days. Additional 25 USD for a Multiple re-entry facility Tourists can extend their visas at the Department of Immigration, Bhrikuti, Kathmandu (Tel: 4222453, 4223590) and the Immigration Office in Pokhara. The Indian nationals are obliged to produce one of the identification papers e.g. Passport, Voters Identification Card, or Ration Card if s/he has to fly to Nepal/India.

When to travel Nepal?

Destination Nepal is for all seasons. Nepal's climate ranges from sub-tropical to arctic depending upon the altitude. The plain region has a hot and humid climate. The mid-land region are pleasant almost all the year round, although winter nights are cool. The northern region, which has altitude 3,300 m and higher, has an alpine climate with a considerably lower temperature in winter as expected. You can enjoy any seasons (Spring, Summer, Monsoon, Autumn, and Winter) Nepal has. You can plan a trip in Nepal as per your interest or as per convenient from your job.
